Miso-glazed Sea Bass

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the marinade well and save some for the plating.
  2. Drop the sea bass into the marinade, coat well, and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
  3. Preheat an indoor grill and lightly wipe off any excess miso marinade clinging to the sea bass with your fingers, but don’t rinse it off.
  4. Place the fish on the grill and cook both sides until the surface turns brown.
  5. Transfer the fish fillets to the oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
